For the 2024 - 2025 school year, Avonmore School is full in planned classes in Kindergarten to Grade 3 in the regular program. We will now only accept resident students in Kindergarten and Grades 1, 2 and 3 whose parent(s)/legal guardian(s) have newly moved into the school’s attendance area for the regular program. A resident student of Edmonton Public Schools has at least one parent or legal guardian living in Edmonton who is not Roman Catholic. Non-resident students can enrol in another Division school with space in planned classes.
If you are registering for Kindergarten or are new to Edmonton Public Schools, you must register online.

Welcome to Avonmore, a place where we support students in "Growing Deeper and Reaching Higher".
All of us at Avonmore are committed to creating a safe learning environment by celebrating every success. Our staff strives to provide authentic, hands-on learning experiences that encourage students to explore and interact with the natural world around them.
We offer special needs programming in all our classes and in our Community Living Skills and connection classes. The regular elementary also serves the students living in the Avonmore community. Additional information about these programs is available under the Programs tab of this website.
We are committed to building relationships with parents and operating in a climate of mutual respect and trust. Communication is key, and we welcome your input and assistance in supporting your child’s learning at our school. Please feel free to reach out to our team if you have any questions.
We look forward to working together with our families and community.
Yours in education,
Michelle McCulloch, Principal
